Cancellation policy

1. Managing Your Subscription

If you have selected a subscription or “Subscribe & Save” option, you can:

  • Pause your subscription

  • Skip an upcoming delivery

  • Update your delivery frequency

  • Cancel your subscription at any time

You can do this through your customer account or by contacting our support team.


2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time, however:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your next billing date

  • If a cancellation request is made after billing has been processed, the order will still be fulfilled and shipped


3. Billing & Renewals

  • Your subscription will automatically renew based on your selected delivery frequency (e.g. every 30 days)

  • You will be charged automatically on your scheduled billing date

  • No additional confirmation is required before renewal


4. Refunds on Subscription Orders

Due to the nature of our products:

  • We do not offer refunds on processed or shipped subscription orders

  • Refunds will only be issued if the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect

If you experience any issues, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery


5. Stock Delays or Supply Issues

In the event of stock delays, Pretty + Pink may:

  • Temporarily pause your subscription

  • Delay your shipment

  • Issue a refund for that billing cycle

  • Offer a complimentary product or discount as a goodwill gesture

We will always communicate any delays with you in advance.
