Refund policy
1. Returns
Due to the nature of our products (ingestible supplements), we are unable to accept returns on any opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.
We may accept returns in the following cases:

The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

The return request is made within 14 days of delivery
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
2. Refunds
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Clear photos of the damaged product
Once reviewed, we will offer:

A replacement, or

A full refund
Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind on opened products.
For unopened products, refunds may be issued once the item is returned and inspected.
3. Subscription Orders
If you are subscribed to receive Pretty + Pink products:

You may pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date

Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be refunded unless faulty
If there are stock delays or issues, we may:

Pause your subscription

Issue a refund for that cycle

Offer a complimentary product as a goodwill gesture
4. Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
